SA-4ARegeneration of Anion Column

1. Pass 100ml of 50mmol/L EDTA (adjusted to pH 10.0 with sodium hydroxide) at a flow rate of 1ml/min.

2. Add 100ml of deionized water.

3. 50mmol/L sulfuric acid containing 5% acetonitrile matrix.

4. Add 100ml of deionized water.

5. Wash solution.

Storage solvent

Do not store the chromatography column in a water filled environment for a long time. Storing it in a water filled environment for more than 3 days will promote microbial growth and damage the column. Store the column with elution solution, and use sodium carbonate/sodium bicarbonate elution solution for the chromatographic column. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature not lower than 4 ℃.
