
The experimental three roll grinder achieves grinding effect by squeezing and rubbing the surfaces of three horizontally arranged rollers on the machine at different speeds, especially for grinding materials with high viscosity and fine particle size requirements.
Materials generally only need to be ground twice to meet the requirements, while difficult to grind materials require at least two rounds of grinding to meet the requirements. The highest processing fineness can generally reach around 3-8 μ m (measured with a fineness plate).
The rollers of the S65 experimental three roll machine are made of special material (GCr15), resulting in a tight crystal phase, high strength, high hardness and wear resistance on the surface, and a cooling device to ensure continuous operation.
