Rock resistivity tester

1、 Function

Measure the resistivity values of the core at different water saturation levels using a high-voltage resistivity core clamp and resistivity measuring instrument, and plot the relationship curve between saturation and resistivity index.

The water saturation and resistivity index of the core are automatically collected and calculated by the computer.

2、 Composition of instruments

The oil flooding method consists of the following systems

1. Liquid displacement system

Composed of a micro dual plunger pump, the flow pressure can be adjusted according to the porosity and permeability of the core, and the flow pressure is determined by the pressure Force transmitter measures and displays，Computer can automatically control.

2. High temperature and high pressure resistivity clamp

Simulating high-temperature and high-pressure environments in geological formations,Used to clamp the tested core sample.

3. Electrical resistivity meter

Used to measure the resistivity values of rock cores at different water saturation levels，Measurement data can be collected by computer.

4. Surrounding pressure system

Used to apply confining pressure to the core gripper and seal the core sampleHigh pressure pump, manual pressure application.

5. Water saturation measurement system

The oil and water automatic metering system measures the water saturation value of core samples after different displacement pressures.

6. Data collection and processing system

Composed of a data acquisition board, data acquisition and processing software, computer, and printer, it automatically collects parameters such as balance mass and resistivity, calculates water saturation value and resistivity index, and plots water saturation and resistivity
