The reverse osmosis seawater desalination equipment uses the principle of reverse osmosis to selectively form a semi permeable membrane for the material passing through. It mainly utilizes that the liquid level on the concentrated solution side will be higher than that of the dilute solution by a certain height, creating a pressure difference. The solvent in the concentrated solution will flow towards the dilute solution, achieving the purpose of seawater desalination.

Detailed analysis of the process flow of reverse osmosis seawater desalination equipment

1. Seawater is pumped into the pre-treatment system by the water supply pump, and after being added with fungicides and flocculants through the chemical dosing system, it enters the quartz sand and activated carbon filtration system for filtration.

2. After the pretreatment system, it enters the high-pressure pump and flows through the high desalination rate roll membrane under high pressure, allowing some of the pure water in the seawater to pass through the membrane and enter the porous collection pipe. The salt is blocked on the membrane surface and then discharged from the equipment with most of the seawater.

3. The filtered water, after water quality reduction, pH adjustment, and addition of scale inhibitors, enters the security filtration system and is divided into two streams.

4. Two streams of water enter the high-pressure pump for pressurization and the other stream enters the pressure exchange energy recovery device. After being pressurized by the booster pump, they mix with the effluent from the high-pressure pump and enter the reverse osmosis membrane stack system.

5. Under the treatment of the membrane stack, a portion of high-pressure seawater passes through the membrane to form fresh water.
