Usage description:
The YTZ-150 potentiometer remote pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, vapors, gases, and other media that do not corrode copper alloys. A potentiometer type transmitter is installed inside the instrument, which can transmit the measured value as electrical value to a secondary instrument far away from the measurement point, to achieve centralized detection and remote control. In addition, this instrument can also indicate pressure on site for easy on-site detection.

Structure and principle of action:
This instrument consists of a spring tube pressure gauge and a potentiometer type transmitter.
The working principle of the mechanical part of the instrument is the same as that of a general spring tube pressure gauge. Due to the potentiometer being set on the gear transmission mechanism, when the sector gear in the gear transmission mechanism deflects, the electric brush fixed on the sector gear shaft also slides on the sliding line resistor accordingly, thereby converting the change in measured pressure into a change in resistance value, which is then transmitted to the secondary instrument to indicate the corresponding pressure value. At the same time, the on-site instrument also indicates the corresponding pressure value.
