Due to the low filtration efficiency of many "earth cannon" meltblown machines in the early stage (some as low as 30% or less), the inferior masks produced have a negative impact on the reputation of Chinese manufacturing. Recently, the country has successively shut down small meltblown fabric production lines in various regions. The price of high-quality meltblown fabric has skyrocketed significantly. At present, the market is generally optimistic about large-scale melt blown fabric production lines over 1.6 meters, which are highly sought after for their advantages of stable quality, high output, and large output. At present, the price of such production lines exceeds tens of millions and is still in short supply.
The 1.6-meter melt blown production line produced by our company mainly consists of a steel structure platform, melt blown main body, hot air system, receiving mesh system, polarizing system, and slitting and coiling machine. Small footprint, fully automated production, daily output of 1.3-1.5 tons, able to stably produce 95-99% grade meltblown fabric products.

Melt blown fabric mold head and spinneret

The melt blown nonwoven fabric process uses high-speed hot air to stretch the polymer melt stream extruded from the nozzle holes of the die, thereby forming ultrafine fibers that aggregate on the mesh curtain and rely on self bonding to form. The die head is one of the key links in melt blown equipment, with high processing accuracy requirements, which has a significant impact on the ventilation resistance and filtration efficiency of the finished fabric.

We specialize in providing 1.6-meter, 2.4-meter, and 3.2-meter mold heads suitable for medium to large production lines, and can also customize different widths according to customer requirements.
Adopting advanced hanger type flow channel design, it ensures that the spray pressure and flow rate are equal throughout the entire surface, and the finished product filtration efficiency is above 95+.
The aperture of the spinneret is between 0.2-0.3mm, with a center to center distance of approximately 0.7-1.5mm.

The mold body is made of imported Nippon Steel SUS630 stainless steel, which is precision machined after forging and aging, and can adapt to working temperatures up to 300 ℃ without deformation.
