Because of the double suction structure, water enters the impeller at both ends and is discharged in the middle without axial tension, so there is no upper limit on the flow rate and port diameter. The normal diameter is between DN100~DN600, and the flow rate is between 100 tons and 3000 tons. Non standard flow rates can be customized regardless of the size of the diameter.
4. This product can function normally without the need for water injection during use, is resistant to dry abrasion, and does not require a bottom valve. It has fundamental and structural differences from other products. Due to its strong self-priming and automatic control functions, it has ultra-high suction range and ultra fast self-priming start that can be automatically controlled (i.e. when the vacuum degree drops to a low level, the vacuum pump group automatically starts, and when the vacuum degree rises to a high level, the vacuum pump group automatically stops with multiple functions, without interfering with the operation of the main pump and playing an auxiliary role).
5. The newly adopted automatic water diversion device introduces a new mode of using a built-in mechanical float valve and monitoring probe, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment. Even if the vacuum pump is running continuously and the water level in the water tank reaches a certain position, the mechanical float valve will automatically close due to buoyancy, preventing water from entering the vacuum pump and providing dual protection for the vacuum pump, so that the components of the vacuum pump will not be damaged due to water ingress. 2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.

4. The self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of 8.5-10 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is ≤ 30m.
