The impeller of the sewage pump adopts a single or double channel form, and the explosion-proof sewage pump is similar to a curved pipe with the same cross-sectional size, with very good overcurrent. With a reasonable volute chamber, the sewage pump has high efficiency. The impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance tests, so that the pump operates without vibration. Submersible sewage pumps are a new generation of pump products that have been successfully developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology and the characteristics of domestic sewage pumps. They have significant energy-saving effects, anti entanglement, no blockage, automatic installation, and automatic control. QWB explosion-proof sewage pump product features:

1. The QWB submersible pump adopts a unique single blade or double blade impeller structure, which greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through. It can effectively pass through fiber materials with a diameter of 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

2. The mechanical seal adopts a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, and the seal is improved to a double end face seal, allowing it to operate in the oil chamber for a long time, which can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.

3. The overall structure is compact, the volume is small, the noise is low, the energy-saving effect is significant, the maintenance is convenient, and there is no need to build a pump room. It can work underwater, greatly reducing the project cost.

4. High precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensors are installed in the sealed oil chamber, and thermal sensitive components are embedded in the stator winding to protect the water pump motor.

5. According to user needs, a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet can be equipped to protect the pump from water leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, improving the safety and reliability of the product.

6. The float head can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid level changes, without the need for special supervision, making it extremely convenient to use.

Explosion proof submersible pump usage conditions:

1. The temperature of the medium should not exceed 60 ℃, the density of the medium should be 1-1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value should be within the range of 5-9.


2. For pumps without an internal self circulating cooling system, the exposed liquid level of the motor part should not exceed 1/2.



3. The main component material of this pump is cast iron, so it cannot be used for pumping highly corrosive liquids. If the conveying medium is corrosive, please choose a stainless steel submersible pump. If a flameproof submersible pump is also required, a stainless steel flameproof submersible pump must be selected. Explosion proof submersible pumps are strictly prohibited from transporting flammable and explosive liquids or oils!
