1、 Application scope and characteristics of QSWJ-A steam water series vacuum unit:
The soda water series jet vacuum pump unit is a QPB-A type steam jet pump unit connected in series with a water jet vacuum pump unit, which increases the vacuum degree of the unit by about 20mmHg compared to a single-stage water jet pump. It consumes less steam, works stably, is easy to use, and has a novel design. It presents a horizontal model with strong completeness and can be used by connecting steam and vacuum pipelines. It is suitable for distillation, evaporation, concentration, drying, crystallization, decolorization, refining and other occasions under high vacuum degree.

3、 Working principle of QSWJ-A steam water series vacuum unit:
The working steam with a certain pressure is reduced in pressure and increased in speed through a Laval nozzle, converting the potential energy of the steam into kinetic energy. It enters the suction chamber at supersonic speed and mixes with the pumped medium for energy exchange. The mixed gas enters the expansion tube for deceleration and pressurization, and is finally discharged to the lower level water injection pump.

1. Jet pump and centrifugal pump are made of cast iron
2. The water tank, air chamber, and fittings are made of carbon steel
3. The steam pump nozzle is made of brass
Special requirement: Cooling coils (carbon steel, stainless steel, graphite) can be installed inside the water tank
