1. The QJ submersible deep well pump is centrifugal or mixed flow; Using water lubricated bearings; The connection with the motor adopts a rigid coupling connection. The impeller of the deep well pump rotates under the drive of the motor, generating centrifugal force, which increases the energy of the liquid and guides it through the pump casing for water lifting. A check valve body is installed at the upper end of the water pump to prevent damage to working components caused by backflow of water in the lifting pipe when the electric pump is shut down. There is a drain hole on the valve, which can slowly drain the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking in winter. (Note: Low head submersible pumps do not have check valve bodies)

2. The motor of QJ submersible deep well pump is a closed water filled wet structure. The stator winding of the motor adopts an electromagnetic wire with a multi-layer structure of water-resistant polyethylene insulation and nylon sheath. Both the guide bearing and thrust bearing are made of water lubricated materials. The interior of the motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. The bottom of the motor is equipped with a pressure regulating film to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the clean water inside the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. The upper shaft of the motor is equipped with a sand prevention mechanism to prevent mud and sand from entering the interior of the machine.

3. The pipeline part of QJ submersible deep well pump is used to connect the electric pump and lift it in the well to transport water to the ground. It mainly consists of short water pipes, water pipes, bends, clamps, and other components. The short output pipe is a transitional component connecting the water pipeline and the electric pump. Bend pipes are installed at the wellhead to change the direction of water flow. Clamping plate is used to lift and fix the output pipeline during the installation process of deep well pumps.

Check if the water well meets the operating conditions of the pump, including the diameter, verticality, and wellbore quality, as well as static water level, dynamic water level, water inflow, and water quality conditions.
