QHVT-10Z/50ZThe digital Vickers hardness tester adopts a new aluminum alloy die-casting process, with a sturdy and stable shell that is novel and beautiful. Adopting a closed-loop loading control system and using a motor driven vertical loading test force, the test force accuracy is higher and more stable. The turret speed is faster and the testing efficiency is higher. Adopting a special material lifting shaft and ball screw structure, the lifting is smoother. The instrument adopts a brand new 8-inch large screen color touch screen, with intuitive and clear display, adjustable angle, and easy operation. Equipped with a digital micrometer eyepiece, there is no need to check the gauge or input the diagonal of the indentation. The test force, indentation length, holding time, conversion scale, time, etc. are displayed intuitively on the touch screen. When operating, simply press the eyepiece button to measure the indentation, and the hardness value will be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. Real time saving of hardness test results, data classification, optional deletion, and printing output, automatic calculation of maximum, minimum, and average values; And equipped with an RS232 interface for users to connect to a computer for output.
