1. Advanced integrated hydraulic system reduces pipeline installation, ensuring high reliability and safety during machine tool operation
2. Material pressing mechanism: After several material pressing oil cylinders installed on the support plate in front of the frame are filled with oil, the material pressing head presses down against the tension of the tension spring to compress the sheet metal. After the cutting is completed, it is reset by the tension of the tension spring. The magnitude of the compression force increases with the increase of the thickness of the sheared plate. The adjustment of the rear gear is driven by a servo motor, and after gear reduction, it is transmitted by a ball screw.
