working principle:

The dry powder mortar packaging machine is powered by an electric motor. The mortar enters the feeding port from the external bin and enters the ash hopper from the feeding port on the machine base. The mortar is evenly sent to the discharging port through the smooth rotation of the impeller. The packaging bag is inserted and the stroke switch on the right side of the nozzle is lightly touched, and the sealing cylinder shrinks; The discharge nozzle is unobstructed, filling begins, and the mortar smoothly falls into the bag. As the amount of mortar in the bag increases, the signal input by the sensor to the microcomputer is also constantly changing. When the weight of the mortar reaches the set requirement, the microcomputer outputs a signal, and the sealing cylinder extends to seal the discharge port. At the same time, the bag dropping cylinder moves up and the packaging bag falls down, thus achieving the fully automatic packaging requirements of automatic measurement and automatic bag dropping.
