SmartFID is a mobile analyzer used for analyzing and measuring organic carbon (VOCs). It converts the concentration of hydrocarbons in the measured gas into an electrical signal using a flame ionization detector. The combustion of hydrocarbons in the sample gas is carried out by a burner in an electric field environment consisting of hydrogen gas and VOC free air. At high temperatures, the hydrocarbons undergo chemical ionization into CHO+ions with a CH structure. By detecting the ion current, the corresponding VOC concentration can be obtained Value. The measured values can be displayed in ppm or mgC units on a large LCD screen without the need for secondary conversion. The measured gas is sampled by a built-in diaphragm pump installed in the heated measurement sensor. Part of the gas enters the FID detector for analysis and measurement, while another part is discharged through a bypass. The instrument is equipped with a pressure controller to control the pressure stability of the measured gas during the analysis process. All components that come into contact with the tested gas are heated to 200 ° C. So SmartFID can be suitable for almost all industrial engineering applications without being affected by condensates.
The instrument is equipped with an automatic flame detector, a measuring air pump, and a pressure controller.
