Z641H pneumatic with manual gate valve is a low bracket gate valve with pneumatic actuator and manual and its protective mechanism. Due to the use of a double-layer cylinder structure, the lifting force of pneumatic gate valves is doubled compared to single cylinder pneumatic gate valves. The valve is equipped with a buffering mechanism, which can effectively reduce the wear and tear on the sealing surface of the valve plate and valve body caused by the downward impact of the piston when closing the valve, and also avoid the phenomenon of the gate plate getting stuck.

　　Attachment options:According to different controls and requirements, the following accessories can be selected: Feedback switch: also known as limit switch, remote feedback switch signal (optional explosion-proof). Electromagnetic valve: Double acting with two position five way valve, single acting with two position three way valve (optional explosion-proof). Triple component: capable of stabilizing the gas source, filtering, and adding lubricating oil to the cylinder. Handwheel mechanism: Rotate the handwheel mechanism to manually open and close the valve. Electrical locator: Input 4-20mA signal to achieve valve adjustment function.
