The production line is controlled by a control system that integrates three servo motors. The CNC system uses Mitsubishi's drive system and a 10.4-inch color touch screen. The system has a remote communication interface to troubleshoot system issues. The angle cleaning machine adopts a 3-axis servo motor drive system, and the tool set can clean the welding angle in all directions.

The human-machine interface is user-friendly, easy to understand, and easy to operate. The use of imported electrical components and imported flat square guide rails ensures stable equipment performance, low failure rate, and high lifespan.
