Instrument characteristics
1. The circuit control part is composed of a control box and integrated circuit board control, with humanization. At the same time, adding leakage protection devices to traditional technology ensures that users can use it safely and with confidence.
2. The control box is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with an observation window in front of the upper part and an electric furnace installed inside.
3. The electric furnace is composed of a silicon carbide furnace plate, 1000W/220V heating wires, and high-temperature resistant silicon carbide plates. The position of the electric furnace can be adjusted by the height adjustment knob on the control box to adjust the relative position between the distillation flask and the condenser tube. The heating power is controlled through a voltage adjustment knob.
4. The refrigeration system adopts a new type of refrigeration compressor, and the condensate tank is made of stainless steel plate. Built in heating, cooling, temperature measurement, and electric circulation. Among them, the traditional technology of motor stirring has been changed to electric circulation, which uses a circulating water pump to circulate up and down.
