This method complies with the requirements of the anodic stripping voltammetry method WS/T21-1996 for the determination of lead in blood. WS/T21-1996 is a blood lead determination method developed by the Chinese Ministry of Health. This method complies with the requirements of the anodic stripping voltammetry method WS/T21-1996 for the determination of lead in blood.
Lead ions are enriched on the glassy carbon mercury film electrode and dissolve at the characteristic potential. The peak height of the dissolution is proportional to the concentration of lead ions, and the standard addition method is used for quantification. When there is an internal standard for cadmium, the peak height of cadmium is set to 10, and the sampling points of the spectrum are re calibrated to obtain the relative spectrum. The process of generating dissolution spectrum: pre plating mercury film, electrode purification, lead enrichment, static, dissolution. The peak height is directly proportional to the lead concentration.
