Technical Description

The high-speed granule packaging machine adopts advanced industrial computer control system. Through "human-machine dialogue", it is convenient and accurate to achieve significant or reduced bag size and packaging speed adjustment changes. The LCD touch screen can complete most of the function settings, and the Chinese prompts are simple and clear for each setting operation.

It has a set of longitudinal sealing hot rollers and a set of transverse sealing hot rollers. The sealing adopts a roller sealing method, and the pattern adopts a complete and continuous checkerboard pattern. The packaged material falls into the packaging bag through a measuring device.

There are several options for the measuring device of this machine, such as measuring disc mode, screw mode, and vibrator mode. The cutting knife can be used in one of three ways: flat knife, serrated knife, or dotted line knife. The machine is also equipped with an easy to tear opening device for convenient bag opening.
