Particle Flow Tester GTB
The Avica GTB particle flowability tester aims to determine the flowability characteristics of powders and particles based on four different detection methods: (1) detecting the flow time of pre weighed samples (in accordance with EP requirements); (2) Detect the flow time of a sample with a preset volume; (3) Detect the weight of the sample flowing within the preset time; (4) The ratio of flow time to sample weight is shown in the curve graph, and the residual tangent of the airflow angle is calculated as weight/time; If the fluidity of the sample is poor, the funnel can be equipped with a variable speed stirring device.

In addition to providing standard fluidity testing, ERWEKA GTB also offers detection of the angle of repose: powder or particles fall onto a metal disk with a fixed surface size, forming a cone. A built-in driver laser detects the sidewall of the cone, calculates and displays it, and/or prints it out;
USB interface, used for printing results, icons, and statistical data.
