Currently, it has been widely used in the drying, shaping, bending processing, resin bonding and other aspects of paper products such as cardboard boxes, paper tubes, paper holders, corrugated cardboard, etc. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of paper and wood pulp products, and the inability to quickly remove surface moisture, uncontrollable stress may occur. Traditional oven treatment takes a long time due to thermal conduction heating. In the processing of paper tubes, paper products, and wood pulp products, the process is very important. It is necessary to balance the surface water evaporation rate and internal diffusion rate of the material according to its variety and moisture content. The heating temperature should not be too high to avoid carbonization of the core material.
