Packing straps, also known as bundling straps. Polyester and nylon strapping have good tensile strength, while polyethylene and polypropylene strapping have low cost and good resilience of polypropylene. Different materials of strapping can be selected according to needs.
Plastic strapping can be classified into two types based on their usage: machine straps (J-type) and craft straps (S-type).

Folding PP packing tape
The production of PP strapping involves temperature control of the extruder, typically ranging from 250 ℃ to 280 ℃. The next step is cooling. After the material is discharged from the machine head, the temperature is very high and it needs to be immediately cooled in water. Due to the fact that isotactic polypropylene generates a simple crystal structure during rapid cooling, the molecular structure of the crystal is relatively loose. Simple stretching orientation to obtain high-quality products. Then there is stretching, which aims to improve the longitudinal strength of the strapping and reduce elongation. Stretching must be done in boiling water, usually using a single stretch. Then there is embossing, and the stretched packaging tape is pressed with patterns by two patterned rollers, which increase conflict during use, prevent slipping, and look beautiful and generous from the outside.
