1、 Application Description

The PW-300D steel strip shearing machine is mainly used in steel mills, cutting and slitting plants for steel coils, and automatic shearing of steel strips for steel plate packaging. It solves the problem of high labor intensity and low work efficiency in manual cutting of steel strips.

2、 Working principle

1. Place the entire roll of steel strip on the trolley, thread the head through the conveyor wheel and tighten it.

2. Set the length and speed of the tape in advance

3. The belt conveyor is controlled by a drive motor to send out the belt.

4. Control the length of the strip through the meter controller. When the strip reaches the desired length, stop the strip and the cutting cylinder starts working. Cut the steel strip with scissors.

5. There is a storage slot at the exit position, which can hold a certain number of straps.

6. Manually remove the strap, fasten it, and send it directly to the packaging station for packaging.
