The 16-40mm PVC one out two through pipe production line consists of a spring feeding machine, a 65 twin-screw extruder, a mold, a vacuum sizing box, dual traction dual cutting, and a stacking rack.

The extruder of the 16-40mm one out two PVC threading pipe production line adopts conical twin-screw and sizing sleeve, which can adjust the speed of vacuum sizing according to the specifications of the pipe. It has the characteristics of good cooling effect and good roundness of the pipe.

The vacuum box is entirely made of stainless steel and reinforced with reinforcing ribs inside, which maximizes the vacuum degree of the vacuum box and is not easily deformed.

The motor adopts Jiangsu Yineng motor, the frequency converter adopts the brand of Halip, a member of Danfoss, the contactor, switch, and button adopt Schneider, the temperature controller adopts Omron brand, and the circuit breaker and air switch adopt Desi brand.

The equipment has a one-year warranty period. If the equipment is damaged due to non-human factors during the warranty period, the supplier is responsible for repairing or replacing it. During the warranty period (from the date of shipment), if there is any non-human damage to the parts, the company will provide them to the purchasing manufacturer free of charge

The supplier is responsible for assisting with installation, debugging, and training services. After the equipment leaves the factory, there is a three-year warranty, and the accessories for the equipment will be supplied at a discounted price.
