Production process of PVC laminated foam board:

Ingredients - high cold mixing - extrusion - foaming - cooling and shaping - spraying - traction

Cutting - Stacking - Inspection - Finished Product Storage

1. Extruder system: Adopting KDPS-130 flat twin extruder, the screw design conforms to the process characteristics, with large extrusion volume, uniform material shearing, and high extrusion efficiency.

2. Mold system: Adopting a specialized flow channel structure for skinning foam board, the material is extruded and foamed evenly.

3. Cooling and shaping system: adopting a pressure plate structure and controlled by a hydraulic system, making it easy to control the dimensional accuracy of the sheet metal. The pipeline design of the cooling system makes the cooling of the board more uniform and the shaping faster.

4. Traction cutting system: using a roller type combined traction machine, making the measurement and adjustment of traction force simple. The roller traction machine and the wide cutting machine are electrically synchronized and controlled, making the cutting edge of the sheet flat.

The entire production line has a beautiful appearance and easy electrical operation. The produced board has high foaming ratio, high surface hardness, and a smooth and wear-resistant surface. Our company provides formulas and process technology.
