This model is controlled by Taiwan's Delta PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), with high temperature control accuracy, small temperature gradient, and functions such as temperature upper limit protection.

3、 Instrument features:

1. The sample holder is an integrated structure with a small coefficient of expansion, and the experimental data is true and accurate.

2Adopting Taiwan's Delta PLC modular independent control system, different product components can be interchanged for easy operation, stable performance, high precision, long service life, and low maintenance and repair costs.

3. The three station high-precision displacement sensor is integrated with the PLC electronic control system. Compared to low-end machines (measuring deformation with a dial gauge and controlled by a microcontroller), this machine does not require manual intervention during the testing process. After each station completes the test, the LCD screen records the deformation amount and temperature of the sample at that station. Other station tests are not affected until all tests are completed, and the system automatically stops heating up, indicating that the test has been completed and automatically storing the test results.

4. The heating medium box is made of 304 stainless steel, and the interlayer is filled with asbestos for insulation. Compared with ordinary galvanized plate medium box, it has the characteristics of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and no peeling under high temperature.
