PIXIS deep cooling camera
The PIXIS camera is a fully integrated low-noise camera with deep cooling function, used for quantitative scientific imaging and spectroscopy from ult
Product details

  Product Features

Sensitivity of approximately 120-1100nm

Deep cooling at -90 ℃

● Supports CCD of various sizes

● Flexible readout design

● Wide range sensitivity

  Key Features

  Wide range sensitivity

PIXIS provides the widest wavelength coverage range of approximately 120-1100 nm, which can be used for a wide range of applications. The quantum efficiency (QE) of the selected CCDS is greater than 95%, and the use of ultraviolet enhanced CCDs can achieve high quantum efficiency in ultraviolet light, as demonstrated by eXcelon ™ The technology enhances sensitivity and reduces Etaloning effect.

 Unique vacuum technology

PIXIS can achieve a cryogenic temperature of -90 ℃ using air or liquid, providing low dark current for long exposure times. A single input window provides high sensitivity through maintenance free operations.

 Utilizing eXcelon ™ improve sensitivity

EXcelon ™ The technology has improved the sensitivity of PIXIS, provided higher quantum efficiency, and reduced the Etaloning effect.

  flexibility

The dual amplifier readout design optimizes system performance. High sensitivity amplifiers reduce the readout noise of weak signals, while high-capacity amplifiers provide a larger dynamic range.

  Supported by LightField software

This powerful and intuitive software comes with a built-in math engine that allows for real-time image analysis and spectral data manipulation of cameras and spectrometers. LightField software seamlessly integrates hardware and direct data acquisition into certain programs, such as National Instruments' LabVIEW ® MATLAB with MathWorks ®。 The software also fully supports IntelliCal's automatic wavelength and intensity calibration function.

PIXIS can also be fully controlled by the PICAM SDK, eliminating any overhead that may occur when communicating through other development environments.
