However, electric melt fittings play an important and irreplaceable role in engineering and maintenance, especially in construction where they are less affected by external environment and human factors, resulting in better reliability.
Installation precautions:
1. During installation, the inner wall of the electric melting pipe fittings and the welding area of the pipe are strictly prohibited from being contaminated by organic matter and other substances.
When welding pipe fittings, they must be kept away from them until they have cooled for 30 seconds before approaching.
3. According to the temperature and working voltage changes in the on-site environment. Welding time can be appropriately compensated during welding.
4. According to the requirements of the electric fusion welding machine, input a matching power supply. The farther the power supply is from the electric fusion welding machine, the larger the wire diameter of the power supply line is required to avoid undervoltage affecting the welding quality.
During pipeline installation, elbows and tee fittings must be reinforced with supports or fixed with brackets, and appropriate pipeline compensation must be done.
6. The pipeline must be buried below the frozen soil layer, and the pipeline trench must not be soaked in water during installation and welding.
When the temperature is low, insulation work must be done well for welding electric fusion fittings.
When working in an environment with a large temperature difference between day and night, it is necessary to use stabilizers and other tools to fix the pipes on both sides of the electric melting pipe fittings to avoid affecting the welding quality due to thermal expansion and contraction.
During the cooling process, do not move the pipes and fittings.
