Single-screw extruderAdopting PE high-speed and efficient single screw extruder, with slotted barrel design, equipped with low-noise fan and high-speed hard tooth reduction gearbox. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated tube are independently fed by two extruders, which can achieve the production of pipes with different raw materials for the inner and outer layers, ensuring efficient extrusion;
Forming machineAdopting a horizontal structure and a chain drive design, equipped with an open water cooling system, the production speed is greatly improved. The module operation adopts an advanced mechanical synchronous drive system to ensure operational accuracy and stable quality of the pipes. The advanced automatic lubrication system minimizes the wear of the molding module and the bottom plate, greatly extending the service life.
Extruder headAdopting a spiral special structure design, it has a small volume and clean flow channel, effectively eliminating the internal stress of the pipe and removing the weld marks of the pipe, making the inner and outer wall thickness uniform and forming stable.
cutting machineControlled by a combination of electrical and pneumatic systems, the cut of the pipe is smooth and even, with no powder or debris during cutting, and the operation is simple and sensitive. Matching with the fixed length device of the flipping table can achieve automatic cutting of fixed length.
Production line control systemAdopting a professional PLC control system from Siemens in Germany, with a 15 'large screen color touch human-machine interface, it has a high degree of automation, reliable operation, easy operation, remote communication function, and can achieve remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults.
