2、 Scope of application:

This instrument is an ideal instrument for air monitoring and sampling in workplaces with toxic, harmful, and flammable/explosive gases, used by various levels of safety supervision departments, disease prevention and control centers, universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and environmental monitoring stations.

3、 Instrument composition：

The sampler consists of an imported vacuum pump, a microcomputer controller, a multifunctional LCD display, a sealed battery pack with repeated charging, discharging, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, and a digital flow component.

The casing of this series of instruments is made of polycarbonate injection molding, which has flame retardant, moisture-proof, and anti-static properties.

4、 Main features:

1. The entire working process of the sampler is completed by microcomputer software and hardware, which is reliable, easy to operate, and highly intelligent;

2. The sampler is equipped with a vacuum pump imported from abroad, and users can choose between explosion-proof or non explosion-proof types (with identical mechanical characteristics). The pump has a small volume, low long-term heat generation, reliable operation, low power consumption, and high vacuum degree;

3. Using an electronic flowmeter, the flow rate value can be displayed in real-time on the LCD screen and the sampling volume can be accumulated;

4. The instrument uses an explosion-proof lithium battery pack, which has no battery memory effect, large capacity, long lifespan, and is equipped with our company's dedicated charger. The charging effect is good and can be completed in 5 hours;

5. Adopting a short-circuit current protection device to ensure that the sampler operates within the intrinsic safe current range and has good explosion-proof performance;

6. This instrument has two sampling methods: workers working in the workplace hang it on their waistbands for long-term sampling, and use a matching tripod to place it on the work site for repeated short-term sampling.
