During long-term testing, the high voltage of resonance will gradually increase slowly, but the low voltage remains unchanged?A
After reaching the test voltage, both the low and high voltage of resonance will stop boosting and remain at the current voltage. However, due to the fact that the tested objects of resonance are mostly those with large capacitance, there will be a capacitance rise phenomenon during withstand voltage, especially for a long time. Therefore, the high voltage will gradually and slowly rise.Q
Resonance occurs during the voltage boosting process. When the voltage reaches a certain level, the high voltage no longer rises, but the low voltage continues to rise normally. The voltage waveform on the instrument interface fluctuates up and down?A
Resonant boost indicates that there is no problem with the matching between the resonance and the test sample, and the voltage has not continued to rise, indicating that the test voltage has not been reached. Therefore, there is no overvoltage protection, and the low voltage is boosting normally. The output power of the resonance is also normal. If there is no occurrence of disharmony or breakdown, it indicates that the ground insulation of the test sample is normal. After ruling out the above faults, combined with the waveform of voltage fluctuations, it indicates that discharge occurred during the test, which may exist in the resonant equipment or the test sample.Q
Resonant high voltage cannot be raised to the test voltage, but the theories of reactors and excitation transformers can be satisfied?A
The high voltage of resonance is indeed related to the selection of output voltage for the combined excitation of the reactor, but it is also related to the power factor and quality factor Q of the entire resonant circuit composed of the reactor and the test object. If the quality factor Q of the entire system is low, then most of the system is reactive power, and the active power is too small, so the high voltage cannot be raised very high. And the quality factor Q is related to the frequency f of resonance, so in the above situation, we need to further adjust the reactor combination to change the frequency.Q
- AThe resonant device is a boost device based on the principle of series resonance, which has a certain relationship with the L and C of the entire circuit. Here, L is the reactor of the resonant device, and C is generally the capacitance of the tested object or the capacitive voltage divider. This indicates that resonant devices generally do not require compensating capacitors. The test objects for resonance are cables, transformers, switches, busbars, etc., and the voltage level we commonly use increases from 10-220kV to higher. With so many specifications of test samples, there may be a problem where the reactor cannot match resonance for some of the test samples. This cannot be solved by changing the inductance L and frequency f. We can only change the capacitance C, so we need to compensate for the capacitance. There is another situation where we need to further satisfy the resonance frequency at the power frequency or near power frequency, and we also need to adjust the frequency through capacitor C, which also requires compensation for the capacitor.
