Detailed Introduction

1、 Overview:

The HXC series organic gas adsorption and catalytic purification device is a new series of products developed by our company based on years of experience in waste gas treatment, which is highly efficient, energy-saving, and free of secondary pollution. After being used by dozens of users, it has been confirmed that it has reached the leading level of similar products in China.

2、 Purpose:

This purification device is mainly used for the purification and elimination of harmful organic waste gases that evaporate or leak in painting, printing, electromechanical, home appliances, shoemaking, plastics, and various chemical workshops, as well as for the elimination of odors. It is most suitable for organic waste gases with lower concentrations that are not suitable for direct combustion or catalytic combustion and adsorption recovery treatment, especially for high air volume treatment scenarios, and can achieve satisfactory economic and social benefits.

3、 Working principle:

This device is designed based on two basic principles: adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving). It adopts dual gas path continuous operation, with one catalytic combustion chamber and two adsorption beds alternately used. Firstly, the organic waste gas is adsorbed onto activated carbon, and when it reaches saturation, the adsorption is stopped. Then, the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon using a hot gas flow to regenerate the activated carbon; The detached organic matter has been concentrated (with a concentration several tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are then discharged. When the concentration of organic waste gas exceeds 2000PPm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without external heating. Part of the exhaust gas after combustion is discharged into the atmosphere, while the majority is sent to the adsorption bed for activated carbon regeneration. This can meet the heat energy requirements for combustion and adsorption, achieving the goal of energy conservation. After regeneration, it can enter the next adsorption; During desorption, purification can be carried out using another adsorption bed, which is suitable for both continuous and intermittent operations.

4、 Technical performance and characteristics:

  1. The device has advanced design principles, unique materials, stable performance, simple structure, safety and reliability, energy saving and labor-saving, and no secondary pollution. The equipment occupies a small area and is lightweight. The adsorption bed adopts a drawer type structure, which is easy to load and replace.
  2. Adopting a new type of activated carbon adsorbent material - honeycomb shaped block activated carbon, it is highly suitable for use under high air volume.
  3. The catalytic combustion chamber uses honeycomb ceramic shaped precious metal catalysts as carriers, which have low resistance and high activity. When the concentration of organic vapor reaches over 2000PPm, spontaneous combustion can be maintained.
  4. Low power consumption, due to the low resistance of the bed layer, it can work with a low-pressure fan, which not only consumes less power but also has low noise. During catalytic combustion, electric heating is required to start. After the catalytic combustion of organic matter in the catalytic bed begins, its combustion heat can be sufficient to maintain the temperature required for its reaction. At this point, the electric heating stops and the start-up time is about 1 hour.
  5. The activated carbon bed that adsorbs organic waste gas is used for desorption and regeneration of catalytic combustion waste gas. The desorbed gas is then sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification, without the need for external energy, with low operating costs and significant energy-saving effects
