AST-100 adopts the latest viscosity control method invented in the world. For customers who wish to control viscosity on the production line (such as ensuring consistency of product viscosity) rather than accurately measuring viscosity values (such as 23.5cP), AST-100 is a great choice. It is easy to install, easy to clean, and has no moving parts, so it requires very little maintenance. There are also explosion-proof and 3A food grade models available for selection.

AST-300SY Single Point Controller

The AST-300SY single point controller and AST-100TSY are used in conjunction as part of the viscosity control system to measure viscosity and temperature, interlock with other devices, and accurately control product viscosity.

AST-400SY Multi point Controller

The AST-400SY multi-point controller can be used in conjunction with up to 10 AST-100TSY as part of a multi product line viscosity control system, measuring viscosity, temperature, and interlocking with other devices to accurately control product viscosity.
