Efficient heat transfer saves fuel and low operating costs

• The boiler flue gas and working fluid are arranged in reverse flow, with high average temperature and pressure, good heat transfer, and reasonable furnace volume selection to ensure full combustion of fuel;

• The insulation materials used are aluminum silicate felt and ultra-fine glass wool, with a total thickness of about 200mm. The two insulation layers are sandwiched by air, which reduces the heat loss of the boiler and greatly improves the thermal efficiency. The designed thermal efficiency reaches 97.33%, saving fuel and reducing operating costs.

Convenient and fast transportation, installation, and maintenance

• This boiler is a fully assembled boiler that meets the transportation size requirements while shortening the installation cycle. At the same time, it is connected to the skeleton with bolts for easy disassembly and maintenance.
