Walnut kernel peeling processing assembly line composition: soaking and blanching - drum peeling - bubble cleaning (acid-base neutralization, can be completely neutralized, and there are no harmful residues inside and outside the walnut kernel)

1. Soaking and blanching: Soak the walnut kernels before peeling to soften the floating skin on the surface, which is beneficial for the next peeling operation. The soaking time can be set according to the customer's own processing technology, and the speed of the mesh belt can be infinitely adjusted and automatically controlled. After the walnut kernels are evenly soaked, they will automatically enter the next step of the process;
2. Drum peeling: The use of a circulating water pump and steam heating system can quickly and thoroughly wash away the dirt and floating skin on the surface of walnut kernels. After cleaning, it enters the clean water spray area and then enters the vibrating screen. Most of the water droplets are shaken off by the vibrating screen and then enter the air duct or dryer. After air drying or drying, it enters the next process. The production line can achieve variable frequency speed regulation, automatic temperature control, and efficient water conservation.
3. Bubble cleaning: The principle is acid-base neutralization, removing residual alkaline substances on the surface of walnut kernels without affecting the taste. Chemical experiments have shown that the walnut kernels produced are thoroughly crushed and extracted into an aqueous solution, which is detected as neutral (pH=7).
