LAWSON98-V non-contact ultrasonic crusher, also known as cup crusher, is used for aseptic crushing. It can break chromosomes and cells through a centrifuge tube. Specially tailored for the pre-treatment of second-generation sequencing DNA samples and chromatin immunoprecipitation experimental samples, compared to traditional probe contact ultrasonic cell crushers, non-contact samples can be crushed in a sealed container without producing infectious flying mist. The ultrasonic probe does not come into contact with the sample to avoid cross contamination. The non-contact ultrasonic crusher can achieve unparalleled quality, efficiency, and safety compared to traditional ultrasonic methods.
Multiple samples can be tested simultaneously with high experimental efficiency; There is no wear or debris, and all products are stored in separate fully enclosed test tubes to avoid cross contamination; Optional cooling water circulation system is available, which facilitates the ultrasonic treatment of samples in a 4 ℃ water bath with uniform energy distribution and complete ultrasonic effect; The ultrasound parameter settings are flexible, the experimental steps are standardized, the experimental reproducibility is good, and the results are highly reliable.
Gradually becoming an indispensable standardized tool for ChIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation) and DNA splicing research platforms. The experimental efficiency is high, the results are reliable, and the repeatability is good. It can handle a minimum of 5ul of samples and is suitable for precious samples.
1. Non aerosol aerosol production - enhances biosafety (such as mycobacteria, viruses, etc.)
2. Eliminating the risk of sample cross contamination
Eliminating the traditional phenomenon of probe wear and debris
4. Can handle a variety of samples, with a wide range of sample processing capabilities
5. Suitable for various standard containers
⒍ Can be used to process trace samples, with a minimum of 5ul
The automatic continuous rotation of the centrifuge tube makes the energy distribution of ultrasound more uniform
⒏ Optional high and low temperature constant temperature water bath, customized Eppendorf tube crushing rotating base with various diameters according to customer needs

Precautions before use:
1. Select an appropriate probe based on the sample volume being processed, and replace the probe with a dedicated wrench;
When the AMPLITUDE knob is turned on, the probe should not be exposed to air, and in special circumstances (test probe), it should not exceed 10 seconds;
3. Prepare an ice box before use, and the sample must be placed in an ice bath during processing. The sample concentration should not be too high.
