Operation steps of nitrite detector

1. Sample pre-treatment:

① Weigh 0.5g (0.5ml) of crushed sample into a test tube and add purified water to the 25ml mark;

② Ultrasonic extraction for 5 minutes, filter for later use. (If the color is darker, 0.5g of activated carbon can be added, heated in a 60 ℃ water bath for 10 minutes, and filtered while still hot)

2. Control sample testing

① Take 3mL of sample solution and add 0.5mL of purified water;

② After shaking well, transfer 2.5ml into a colorimetric dish;

③ Place the colorimetric dish into the designated channel and follow the "reference measurement" button

3. Sample testing

① Take 3mL of sample detection solution and add 0.5mL of nitrite detection solution;

② Leave at room temperature (25 ± 5 ℃) for 10 minutes;

③ Transfer 2.5ml into a colorimetric dish;

④ Place the colorimetric dish into the designated channel and follow the "sample measurement" button
