Needle punched filter element is a tubular filter element made of non-toxic and odorless polypropylene particles, which are heated, melted, spun, pulled, and shaped. It has the characteristics of high filtration accuracy, large flow rate, small pressure difference, large pollutant holding capacity, small volume, high pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. This large aperture filter itself does not use any chemical adhesives, which is more in line with the high-quality requirements of hygiene and safety.
Product Features
(1) Filtration efficiency and precision, with uniform pore size density of the filter element, achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99%.
(2) Low filtration resistance, high filtration flow rate, large pollutant capacity, and long service life. The fiber diameter and gap of this product can be adjusted during the production process. The inner layer of the filter element is small and the outer layer is large, which increases the flow rate and pollutant capacity. The filter element is not easy to block and extends the service life.
(3) High self cleanliness, no pollution to water quality, acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, and corrosion.
(4) High strength, the filter element will not deform when the water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter exceeds 0.4Mpa, and the filtration efficiency will not decrease when the temperature exceeds 90 ℃.
(5) This product has extremely high hydrophilicity after processing and modifying polypropylene, and can absorb ten times the weight of water, making it suitable for oil-water separation.
Attention:
(1) Please select the filter element based on the accuracy of the filtered liquid and the impurities it contains. For viscous liquids, secondary filtration and primary coarse filtration can be used to reduce resistance and extend the service life of the filter element (usually 3-4 times).
(2) Please install the filter element correctly. If water pollution is found in the filter, carefully check whether the filter element is skewed, and whether the two ends are strictly aligned and compressed.
(3) When the pressure difference reaches 0.2MPa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
