Product details

Using multi wavelength laser to conduct complete and detailed analysis of all particles in nanomaterials samples such as exosomes and viruses.

Extracellular vesicles, viruses, and nanoparticles all have a wide particle size distribution, which makes traditional nanoparticle tracking and analysis (NTA) instruments unable to accurately measure their particle size distribution. The three lasers of ViewSizer 3000 can work simultaneously to collect accurate distribution and concentration information of various sizes in the same sample. If the scattered light signal of a particle from a certain laser is too strong to saturate the detector, the software will automatically use data from a lower power laser to ensure accurate size and concentration information is obtained. On the other hand, when the scattered light signal from a certain laser is too weak to detect, the software will use data from higher power lasers to accurately track particles.

Cross contamination is a problem that exists in all analyses. Simplified cleaning means thorough cleaning. The easily detachable sample pool can be disassembled for quick and thorough cleaning, resulting in better data.

Particle size measurement range: 10 nm-15µmThe specific scope depends on the sample

ViewSizer obtains particle size and size distribution through multi laser nanoparticle tracking analysis technology (NTA). Multiple lasers can analyze particles of different sizes in the same sample with higher resolution.

Concentration measurement range: 5 x 106- 2 x 108Particle/mL

NTA can be used to count particles in the measured volume. This measurement method can correct the influence of particle size on the effective measurement volume.

No cross contamination

The sample pool can be completely disassembled, making cleaning more convenient and thorough after disassembly. Disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly are faster than flushing the circulation pool. In addition, multiple sample pools can be equipped to measure sample flux and can also be allocated to various groups in a shared (core) facility.
