Equipment Description:

The NZA-3000 multifunctional bolt tightening analysis system is suitable for mechanical characteristic testing of fasteners such as bolts, screws, and bolts. It is an essential model for fastener manufacturing, metrological quality inspection, scientific research and testing, shipbuilding, metallurgy and steel, aviation manufacturing, power systems, and other related industries for testing and inspection.

The testing machine has stable and accurate loading, smooth low-speed operation, no crawling, fast no-load adjustment, and low noise at high speed. The measurement and control system adopts AEC-1200 controller and modular TestLive testing software, which ensures stable operation, accurate measurement, and reliable testing.

The multifunctional bolt tightening analysis system is used for testing and analyzing threaded fasteners. It meets the following standard requirements: GB/T16823.3-2010、ISO16047、GB/T 3098.9-2002 、EN-14399-1:2005、EN-14399-3-6:2006、ISO898-1: 1999. By smoothly applying tightening torque to the bolt nut connection pair or screw nut connection pair to generate tightening force, the tightening characteristics are measured, which mainly include torque coefficient, total friction coefficient, thread friction coefficient, support surface friction coefficient, yield clamping force, yield tightening torque, rotation angle, ultimate clamping force, and ultimate torque.

This model complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 898-1, BS EN ISO 898-2, ASTM F568M-07 and other standards.
