Product Introduction

The 1280 CNC coordinate grinder from Moore Company in the United States is a high-precision continuous trajectory grinder, including two models: CPZ and CPWZ, which can meet high-precision requirements. And it has the ability of four axis/five axis CNC and four axis linkage, which can perform complex two-dimensional and three-dimensional part machining. The machine tool is a gantry structure. The movement of the spindle box is programmable and more suitable for processing large parts or multiple parts simultaneously.


Product advantages

·The bed, column, worktable, and slide are all made of high-grade dense baked cast iron. And after insulation and cooling, the box was opened, fundamentally eliminating casting stress.

·X. The Y-axis double V-shaped high-precision roller guide, with a special processing technology of manual scraping and then manual grinding, has a higher movement sensitivity than 0.1 microns, laying the foundation for high precision and sensitivity.

·RC70 nitride alloy steel spindle, spindle sleeve assembly, with a tolerance for cylindricity less than 0.25 microns.

·The spindle box is made of special indium vanadium cast iron containing 36% nickel, which reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion by 5/6 compared to ordinary cast iron. Greatly improved thermal stability and reduced the requirement for indoor constant temperature control.

·The electronically controlled spindle box constant temperature device ensures that the temperature rise is not affected by different rotational speeds.

·X. The Y-axis adopts full closed-loop control with grating ruler measurement feedback. The position of the bottom point of the journey will not exceed the set value, and its position repeatability accuracy is higher than 0.005 millimeters.

·The spindle is equipped with slip rings for electric grinding heads.
