SCOD-102Standard COD digesterFollowing the basic principles of international standards (ISO) and national environmental standards (HJ828+2017), the digestion operation with reflux heating and micro boiling for 2 hours is ensured. The preparation and addition of reagent solutions are consistent with the national standard method, ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.

SCOD-The 102 standard COD digester adopts microcomputer technology for timed control of the heating electric furnace, which can simultaneously heat 12 250ML conical digestion reflux devices. To achieve the goals of energy conservation, reducing power load, and improving efficiency.

The instrument adopts a glass burr reflux tube instead of a spherical reflux tube, and uses air cooling technology instead of tap water reflux cooling. Static water is used as auxiliary cooling at the end of the condenser tube, which can save water and standardize the instrument, while also improving the safety of instrument use.

The chemical solution preparation, operation, and COD calculation of the instrument are fully in accordance with HJ828+2017. For COD water samples below 50mg/L, the accuracy can be improved by diluting titrants and oxidants. For COD water samples above 1020mg/L, the determination can be completed by diluting the water sample proportionally.

Adopting a new type of rare earth alloy strip wave heating wire flat furnace plate, the surface is covered with a microcrystalline glass panel that can withstand high temperatures up to 800 ℃. The electric heating wire has an extremely long service life, and the surface heats up evenly during heating, with fast heating and cooling rates.

The furnace plate uses a new type of high-temperature resistant inorganic environmentally friendly insulation material, which has low heat loss in the bottom plate and surrounding areas, uniform heating and thermal conductivity, and higher thermal efficiency.

The surface of the high-temperature resistant microcrystalline glass panel of the flat electric furnace is easy to clean. If the sample solution accidentally drips on it, simply wipe it dry with a cloth to reduce damage to the instrument caused by improper operation.

Improved glass burr reflux tube and heat dissipation system ensure good digestion reflux effect and parallelism of sample digestion results.

Corresponding to different heating powers selected by the user, the surface heating temperature of the electric furnace can be controlled.

The digestion time can be set. After digestion is complete, the instrument automatically stops heating, and the instrument fan continues to work for half an hour to assist in sample cooling. It can be left unattended.
