1、 Product Introduction:

1. The cup punching test machine adopts a new structural principle, which uses a servo motor to load at a constant speed and can achieve constant speed control. The punching process is controlled by a microcontroller, and the punching speed can be infinitely adjusted and pre-set. In the past, it was impossible to achieve constant rate control for the oil source of the oil cylinder when applying force.
2. The clamping force is independently loaded by the hydraulic oil source, and the clamping force can be adjusted. The data is displayed synchronously and can be independently calibrated. 3. The force measuring device has been changed from hydraulic sensors to spoke type sensors, and the measurement of cup protrusion value has been changed to encoder measurement. Combined with spoke type sensors (direct force measurement), the accuracy and reliability of measuring cup protrusion value on the testing machine have been greatly improved.
4. The cup protrusion fixture is easy to replace and the sample is easy to load and unload. After the sample is placed, it can be clamped by pressing the automatic button. The test parameters can be input and changed, and the stamping process is fully automated with one click without human influence. It can achieve closed-loop control. When the punching pressure value drops, the sample will automatically stop if a crack occurs. At the same time, it is easy to observe the test process and can more accurately determine the cup protrusion value at the moment of crack occurrence. The experimental data is displayed on the computer and has peak memory function, such as maximum impact force and cup protrusion value, which can realize the storage of experimental results. Add attachments for cupping test.

The non-ferrous metal cup test involves using a cylindrical punch of a certain specification to press a circular shaped sample with a certain outer diameter between the cup cushion mold and the cup mold with appropriate force. Under the impact force applied by the punch, plastic deformation occurs radially and bends, resulting in a single deformation and drawing into a cylindrical cup. This is used to determine the anisotropy of materials marked by ear making rate.
Cup sample: Generally in the form of circular sheets, it can be cut by punching, mechanical processing, or using our factory's production feeder (to be provided by special ordering parties, with a cutting thickness of 2mm for aluminum plates).
Before the experiment, the sample should be made into a circular shape with a diameter of ф 60-0.05~-0.20mm according to the requirements of GB5125-85 "Non ferrous Metal Punching Cup Test Method". In order to expand the range of use, this machine can also make circular test pieces with diameters of ф 55-0.05~-0.20mm and ф 65-0.05~-0.20mm, and then select the mold according to the thickness of the sheet metal.
