This micro fluidized bed dryer adopts frequency conversion regulation, which can provide different fluidization speeds and is suitable for materials with different densities. The material is added into the dryer through the feeding port on the upper part of the fluidized bed. Wet material and hot air come into contact above a specially designed air distribution plate, and the material particles are suspended in the airflow, forming a fluidized state. The fluidized material particles are uniformly and fully mixed with the hot air, and undergo strong heat and mass transfer to remove moisture and achieve the purpose of drying.
