UV5Bio and UV5Nano surpass the series of instruments to effectively optimize the workflow of spectrophotometers in the field of life sciences - FastTrack ™ Technology has achieved fast and reliable measurements, One Click ™ Make touch screen operation intuitive and efficient, LockPath ™ Technology ensures precise ultra micro measurements. UV5Bio provides standard colorimetric measurement, while UV5Nano combines ultra micro measurement with colorimetric measurement. Both models are dedicated to the field of life sciences:
Accurate ultra micro measurement
UV5Nano only requires 1 μ L of sample for reliable measurement. Drop the pure sample onto the measuring platform using a pipette, and the measuring arm will automatically lock to the precisely set optical path. Because there is no need to dilute the sample, it ensures measurement accuracy while also avoiding errors.
• Wide concentration measurement range
UV5Nano automatically measures under two precisely set optical paths, covering a wide range of concentrations. The dsDNA samples with concentrations ranging from 6 to 15000 ng/μ L can be tested for each optical path within 2 seconds without dilution.
• Powerful compact structure
UV5Nano combines two functions into one, ultra micro measurement and colorimetric dish measurement. The colorimetric dish holder and automatic multi cell in UV5Bio are placed in an easily accessible open sample area. The two instruments will occupy no more than the size of a notebook on a flat surface.
• Life science specific methods and direct measurement procedures
The life science application of UV visible spectrophotometer can be used as a quick start for direct measurement. The pre-set Mettler Toledo life science methods can be used for rapid analysis or modified using an intuitive editor to meet specific automation process requirements. Both direct measurement and specialized methods can create One Click ™ Shortcut keys.
