Product Introduction
The Megger Delta4000 series 12kv insulation diagnostic system from the United States is equipped with automatic and manual operation, easy to use, convenient to set up, and a lightweight two-part design. The total weight is 14kg+22kg, suitable for transportation and carrying. Equipped with advanced technology, it can quickly and accurately provide results even in environments with strong interference, such as temperature calibration, automatic voltage detection, and industry-leading frequency range: 1-500Hz. PowerDB ™ Software makes data storage and analysis very convenient, and can also store test data from other instruments.
The new DELTA4000 series is a fully automatic 12KV insulation power factor/dielectric loss testing equipment designed to evaluate the insulation condition of high-voltage equipment such as transformers, bushings, circuit breakers, cables, lightning arresters, and rotating motors. This instrument can not only perform dielectric loss testing, but also test the excitation current of transformer windings, and can complete automatic loss angle increment testing and high-voltage turn ratio testing (additional accessories are required).
The instrument itself provides comprehensive AC insulation condition diagnostic tests. The variable input frequency makes the test signal different from the power frequency, and the most advanced technology is used in hardware to filter out interference signals in the signal. In this way, DELTA4000 provides a very reliable test result and stable reading in the shortest possible time, with very high accuracy in reading. The instrument can measure on-site in substations below 765KV.
The DELTA 4000 series can be automatically tested and reported using POWERDB software, or manually tested in real-time using DELTA control software.
The measurement parameters include: voltage, current, power (loss), power factor, and capacitance. The measurement results can be automatically stored in the computer, but can be downloaded through USB storage or a printer.
