Product Features

Medium speed grinding is a processing equipment for fine and ultrafine powders, which applies multiple national grinding machine technologies. It features novel design, reasonable structure, small footprint, low power consumption, long operating life, low cost of vulnerable parts, and high cost-effectiveness. Its technical performance has reached international standards, and this micro grinding is mainly suitable for various non flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium to low hardness and Mohs hardness below level 6, such as calcite, chalk, calcium carbonate, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, zeolite, diatomaceous earth, barite, gypsum, alum, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore, pumice, etc. Can be used as a desulfurization mill and powder mill. At present, the particle size of fine powder products produced by medium speed grinding can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, and the output can reach 0.5-12 tons per hour.

The complete configuration of the ultrafine grinding machine includes a hammer crusher, a bucket elevator, a storage bin, a vibrating feeder, a fine grinding host, a variable frequency classifier, a dual cyclone powder collector, a pulse dust removal system, a high-pressure fan, an air compressor, and an electrical control system.

Precautions for medium speed grinding operation

1. Regularly check the bearing temperature. If the temperature is too high, check whether the lubrication and transmission parts are normal, and whether the rolling distance is too tight. Promptly identify the cause, take corresponding measures, and in severe cases, stop the machine for inspection.

2. Regularly check the tightness of the drive belt. If the belt is too loose, it will reduce the transmission efficiency and affect the grinding effect. If it is too tight, it can easily cause bearing heating, increase power consumption, and reduce the service life of the drive belt.

3. All transmission components must be securely fastened, and special tools should be used for disassembly or installation. It is prohibited to directly strike with tools such as hammers.

4. Don't forget to check the pneumatic components. After the plastic grinding machine is turned on, it is necessary to regularly check whether there are any air leaks or damages in the pneumatic components, pneumatic circuits, and connections. At the same time, the air supply pressure should be checked to ensure that it meets the requirements. The use of synchronous belts should also be checked regularly. If any problems such as tightness, looseness, jumping, deviation, or severe wear are found, they should be adjusted, repaired, or replaced in a timely manner. The oil storage level of the oil mist device in the gas source triad should be checked regularly, and 20 # spindle oil must be added to avoid blockage of the small holes in the pipeline.

Working principle

The main motor of the micro powder grinding machine drives the spindle and each layer of turntable to rotate through the reducer. The turntable drives dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate in the grinding ring raceway through the column pin. Large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a crusher and then sent into a storage bin by an elevator. The electromagnetic vibration feeder evenly sends the material to the middle of the upper turntable. The material disperses towards the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the rolling track of the grinding ring, where it is pressed, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers to be pulverized. After being crushed layer by layer, the material falls into the second and third layers. The suction effect of the high-pressure centrifugal fan draws external air into the machine and brings the coarse powder that has been crushed in the third layer into the powder selection machine. The vortex flow generated by the rotating worm wheel inside the powder selector causes coarse particles to fall back and grind again, while fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged as finished product through the discharge valve at the bottom. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust passes through the pulse dust collector and is discharged through the fan and muffler.
