2、 Equipment Description:
This equipment is mainly used for manually pouring tin bars. The melted tin water from the tin melting furnace is poured onto the tin bar mold, and the tin water in the tin bar mold is cooled and solidified. The manual tin bar machine is easy to operate and easy to maintain.
This machine consists of a frame, a mold, and a mold lifting device. There is a cooling water tank under the template to cool the mold, increase production, and improve the surface quality of the tin strip.
Using a specialized casting tool (tin pot), pour the melted tin into the mold, wait for the tin water to solidify and form in the mold, and then cool it thoroughly. Use manual pressing of the mold ejector pin to remove the tin strip. Scope of application: Used for casting lead and lead-free tin bars.
