The MTN-3800B nitrogen blowing concentration device is specifically designed for sample preparation in liquid phase, gas phase, and mass spectrometry analysis. It adopts internationally recognized technology to concentrate the sample by blowing nitrogen gas onto the surface of the heated sample. This method has the characteristics of time-saving, easy operation, and easy control, and can quickly achieve the expected results.
This technology uses solid-phase extraction pretreatment technology instead of traditional liquid-liquid extraction and chromatography techniques, enabling rapid separation and purification of samples. Using nitrogen blowing instead of the commonly used rotary evaporator for concentration greatly shortens the analysis time.
MTN-3800B constant temperature heating material is made of aluminum alloy, which has good and uniform heat transfer, and is conducive to rapid heating and constant temperature. The upper blowing needle tube blows nitrogen gas onto the surface of the sample to achieve oxygen free concentration of the liquid sample. Each blowing needle tube is equipped with a separate flow control valve, which can adjust the nitrogen gas flow rate blown out or be closed separately. Each syringe corresponds to one sample to avoid cross contamination.
There are various types of blowing needles to choose from, such as linked "flat head injection needles" or multiple sizes of "pipette tips".
