PWT 100 PA2
Although open grating rulers have large installation tolerances, we still recommend detecting the output signal and zero point signal. These two signals can be quantitatively detected for signal characteristics through LED or oscilloscope integrated on the measuring head, but this requires relatively more equipment and detection time.
PWT 100 is a detection tool used for open grating installation and adjustment. For testing instruments with standard connectors, a separate adapter PA2 is required. For RSF measuring scales with non-standard connectors, special adapter connectors are required. The PWT design is compact and has strong robustness, making it suitable for portable applications. The size of the color touch screen is only 4.3 inches, mainly used for display and operation.
Functional scope
The scope of PWT functionality can be expanded through firmware version updates.
Customers can access updated data through a storage card inside PWT 100.
